No. Know Food Safety is independent exam preparation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, and we do not issue certificates. ServSafe is their registered trademark.

Can my employer reimburse it?+

Many employers reimburse Manager exam preparation. Manager Complete is a single one-time payment. Keep your Stripe payment confirmation for reimbursement.

How does the Readiness Check work?+

10 free Manager questions across 4 areas of the exam, scored on the server, followed by a report by area. 10 questions show you where your gaps are; they cannot predict your result on the real exam.

Is the content current?+

Questions and study material are kept current with the ServSafe 9th Edition. Always confirm local requirements with your health department.
